This exciting opportunity will see you lead our secondary systems design services, connecting communities and businesses to a more sustainable energy future. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring every light is turned on, every community is connected, and every future is made possible.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of secondary systems design services.
  • Lead and develop your team through training, performance management, and fostering collaboration.
  • Ensure that all design work is completed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with our policies, procedures, and technical standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a relevant four-year degree qualification in Electrical Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) in an applicable field.

You'll have significant experience in leading design teams, preferably in the electricity transmission sector, and the ability to manage both internal and outsourced design resources.

Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to ensure that design standards are consistently met are essential for success in this role.
