We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Merchandiser to join our national team, representing one of our key client partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain product displays and ensure stock levels are optimal within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
- Create eye-catching point of sale displays and complete planograms to promote products
- Negotiate shelf space with store managers to maximize market share
- Monitor stock levels for stores and collaborate with store managers on inventory management
- Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
- Hold and utilize Stock and Point of Sale information sent by the company
- Report accurate data upon completion of each visit
- Provide feedback and relevant insights to Field Managers
- Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG highly desired
- Strong relationship building skills and negotiation abilities
- Creative thinking and outside-the-box problem-solving skills
- Hunger to drive results in your territory and achieve sales targets
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using technology
