Marketing Assistant Role Overview:

This role involves working as part of a global marketing team to coordinate campaign activities, manage charity partnerships and provide PR support.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute global marketing campaigns to support product releases, collaborations and retail events.
  2. Manage charity partnerships, assets and reporting.
  3. Support PR campaigns with product ordering, packing and distribution.
  4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  5. Execute competitions and promotions across retail and online platforms.
  6. Support local area marketing activities and new store openings.
  7. Conduct weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting on competitor analysis and brand research.

Key Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualification in a marketing-related field such as marketing management or business administration.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role preferably with a global brand.
  3. Prioritising passion for the audience, brand and products.
  4. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
  5. Creative thinking and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
