
Supportive Educational Assistant

This role involves providing educational support to students in a small school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers with supervision and education activities
- Work with small groups and individual students
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Display empathy and respect for students with high needs
- Maintain confidentiality, tact, and sensitivity when interacting with students and their families
- Contribute to the management of equipment and resources
- Undertake clerical duties such as typing notes and programs, photocopying materials, and recording examination results
- Assist in preparing and distributing teaching equipment and materials

The role is permanent part-time, with 48 hours per fortnight, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
