We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist in the supervision of educational activities in a small school environment. This role involves working with students, teachers, and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning space.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support students during educational activities under the direction of a teacher.
- Work with small groups and individual students to foster a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Communicate effectively and display high levels of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.
- Display respect and empathy for students with high needs, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- An understanding of child development principles and ability to apply them in a school setting.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
