About This Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Insights Executive. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us better understand consumer behavior and preferences.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting research on consumer behavior, preferences, and competitor insights for combustible and new category products.
  • Developing a deep understanding of consumers through data analysis and research findings.
  • Translating data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Leading and reporting on consumer research projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Supporting the development of a single view of the consumer and contributing to organizational understanding of consumers, shoppers, and the operating environment.
  • Managing research agencies and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to build and implement insights roadmaps.

Requirements For Success In This Role:

  • A tertiary degree or equivalent experience in a field such as marketing, business, psychology, or analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or research agency.
  • Sophisticated understanding of research methodologies and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, including the ability to establish and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to deliver impactful presentations.
