Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to drive client engagement forward. As a key team member, you will be responsible for crafting a communications strategy, fostering meaningful conversations, and coaching Account Managers to ensure every interaction meets expectations.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement plan, including targeted campaigns, content creation, and event orchestration.
  • Craft compelling copy that resonates with clients, from attention-grabbing subject lines to valuable thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as net promoter score (NPS) and engagement metrics, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal marketing, client success, or account management, preferably in the MSP/IT sector.
  • Strong storytelling skills combined with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing-automation tools, such as HubSpot or ConnectWise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
