We are seeking a seasoned Property Administrator to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Your expertise in managing arrears, inspections, and maintenance will ensure seamless operations and optimal tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a range of residential properties, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality services.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Arrears Management: Utilize your experience in managing arrears, ensuring proactive resolution and timely rent payments.
  • VCAT Preparation and Attendance: Prepare thoroughly and confidently represent clients at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid property manager license or registration, along with a minimum of one year's experience in property management.
  • Familiarity with software to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide top-notch support to clients and colleagues.
  • An ethical work ethic, upholding values of care, honesty, integrity, and accountability.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
