A leading real estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a well-established and structured portfolio with comprehensive support from a highly skilled and motivated team.
Based in North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties across various locations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and organisational ability.
The key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
- Experience with property management software, including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Driver's licence and reliable car
