Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

This is an opportunity to oversee the planning, implementing and evaluating of practices, processes and services within our hospital.
You will supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources. You will effectively manage roster processes and allocate duties for all clinical staff, while driving quality initiatives in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
About You- Current registration with AHPRA is required.
- You have minimum five (5) years' post graduate nursing experience.
- Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management is essential.
- Previous experience as a senior nurse or manager will be highly regarded.
- You possess strong leadership skills and are confident with delegating duties.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are also essential.
