Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager

">This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospital as a Clinical Nurse Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the operational leadership and development of our 4B General Surgical Ward.
">As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in achieving optimal patient outcomes and objectives through effective leadership and direction. You will lead your people through identifying opportunities for development, learning, and improvement, and build a cooperative working environment between members of a multi-disciplinary team.
">You will also maintain professional standards of practice through the evaluation of services and through key strategies, ensuring optimal procurement and allocation of resources, including recruitment and budgeting to achieve optimal service objectives.
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced nurse who can demonstrate exceptional skills in clinical nursing, a passion for people leadership, and strong patient advocacy. As an advanced clinician, you will present with extensive senior clinical expertise and skills in general surgical care, leadership experience in the provision of comprehensive evidence-based patient care, and expertise and skills in managing a cost centre budget and people management.
">The ideal candidate will also possess post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice and/or people management/leadership qualifications, and have ongoing commitment to self-evaluation and professional development.

">Key Responsibilities:
