Clinical Nursing Specialist

As a compassionate and inclusive leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in areas of your clinical expertise while assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
You will provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, leading by example through exceptional communication, customer service, and patient advocacy.
The After Hours Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the hospital staff achieves service excellence and serves as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent experience as an After-Hours Nurse Manager is desirable
- Current and unconditional AHPRA registration is essential
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills are required
- The ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team is crucial
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relevant clinical expertise, skills, and knowledge base to provide leadership within specialty areas is vital
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster is necessary
