Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated sales professional to join our Urology & Critical Care team as a Territory Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive new business, and continue the strong growth in NSW and ACT.

Becoming part of our market-leading team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships while driving new business with procurement professionals, directors, nurse unit managers, ICU Physicians, and other clinical leaders in both public and private hospitals.

This role requires a strategic approach to territory management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret sales data and clinical information. If you have a proven track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, establishing and implementing a territory plan, maintaining an accurate CRM database, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing expertise in clinical areas, and attending industry trade shows and conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and a strategic approach to territory management
  • Experience in Urology, ICU, and critical care environments is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting sales data and clinical information
  • Demonstrated ability to match and deliver customer support with the value of the business opportunity
  • Superior organizational skills, including autonomy and experience with MS Office and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to grow sales in alignment with marketing strategy
  • Problem-solving ability, with demonstrated examples of providing innovative solutions
  • Education in healthcare or sciences is desirable
