Job Description

The Digital Performance Specialist plays a key role in driving results and accountability across our agency. Leveraging industry-leading capabilities, the team focuses on boosting client content performance and amplifying campaigns to maximize business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting on performance.
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels, including paid search, display, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Lead the development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit, and new customers (KPI-dependent).
  • Manage client communication and delivery daily.
  • Counsel, mentor, and develop executives in performance skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of digital experience in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Paid Search & Paid Social.
  • Ability to manage and develop integrated channel strategies for all performance activity.
  • Experience with industry tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Excel, Keynote, Supermetrics, Report Insights, YouTube, and Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with Paid Search ad formats and features, Dynamic & Responsive Search Ads, Ad Extensions & Call Tracking, Bid Management tools, and more.
