Event Coordinator - Marketing Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to provide comprehensive support for our marketing efforts.

  • This role involves coordinating logistics, managing event materials, and overseeing the execution of events from start to finish.

  • You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Lead to ensure seamless delivery of successful B2B marketing events.

  • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About This Role:

  • You will have 1-2 years of experience in events and/or marketing coordination, ideally within a B2B environment.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Splash, Asana, and Canva is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.

  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
