Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled occupational therapist with experience in rehabilitation to provide expert advice and support to our regional clients on a fly in-fly out (FIFO) or drive in-drive out (DIDO) basis.

How You’ll Make an Impact- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop effective rehabilitation plans that cater to individual needs.
- Design and implement occupation-based intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that empower individuals to achieve maximum work participation.
- Understand various healthcare funding schemes and support clients to achieve their wellness and recovery objectives.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA).
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and customers.
- The willingness to work in the community and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
