About this role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients, providing one-on-one consultancy services and managing client-centered cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality rehabilitation case management to achieve positive outcomes
  • Conduct single service assessments, including functional assessments and ADLs
  • Facilitate worker independence as they return to work
  • Provide services to NDIS participants

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
  • ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities
