Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team in providing premium care experiences for our clients.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality nursing care services, from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with aged care and disability sectors, and be able to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care plans that meet the needs of each client, ensuring a genuine and personalized approach to care.
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct regular nursing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Community nursing experience is highly regarded, particularly in subacute and disability settings.
  • AHPRA Registration is mandatory, along with CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours and lead by example in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with diabetes management and dementia care is an asset.
