Compassionate Caregiver Wanted

This is a part-time opportunity to cover AM/PM shifts.

About The Role

The primary responsibility of this role will include supporting residents to live their lives with independence and choice, facilitating one-on-one activities that promote their well-being, and contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of residents through assessment and observation.

Additionally, the caregiver will assist residents with daily hygiene tasks, mobility requirements, and continence management as per their care plan.

Requirements
  • Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
  • Previous aged care experience preferred
  • Must be available for night shift
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
