Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our consulting firm as a partner focused on project planning and approvals in Sydney, Australia.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams to secure major project approvals for clients across various sectors including renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial.
- Direct environmental assessment projects and related approvals management in support of capital project delivery.
- Build, grow, and manage high-performance teams, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants. Identify emerging talent and work with them to reach their full potential.
- Support the growth and development of our Capital Project Delivery service area and collaborate with colleagues across the nation and globe.
- Drive innovation within the technical community to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate us in the market.
- Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build our business and lead client and technical teams.
- Meet financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction and expectations, and internal and contract requirements.
