Site Supervisor Role

This is a critical leadership position that oversees the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases of a construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating plant, labor, and material resources to meet project needs.
  • Directing and monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities on a daily basis.
  • Interpreting project plans to inform decision-making.
  • Fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

As a qualified Site Supervisor, you will possess experience in FRP and hold a relevant certification, such as a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar. You will also have skills in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, as well as the ability to implement quality control techniques and manage daily tasks and activities effectively.

This role requires an innovative problem-solver who can work collaboratively within a team environment. A friendly personality and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
