Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the daily management of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Team: You will be responsible for leading our team through busy service periods, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and our high standards are maintained.
  • Crew Training: You will provide ongoing training and support to our crew members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Guest Experience: You will work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Inventory and Financial Management: You will assist with inventory management, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience Leading a Team: You will have experience leading a team in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pasión for Inspiring and Developing Others: You will be passionate about inspiring and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
