We're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to lead our team in providing high-quality, youth-centred support services. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and experience in managing complex planning environments.

Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, administrative support staff, and consortium partners in delivering integrated, holistic health and social care to young people and their families. The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement effective operational systems, including resource allocation and meeting funding deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service models that meet the needs of young people and their families
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, youth-centred supports for early intervention
  • Manage operational systems, including resource allocation and meeting funding deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree-level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and reporting on complex planning and service development environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operational systems, including resource allocation and meeting funding deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience in staff management, including recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, and team building
  • Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth-friendly, family-focused mental health services or programs
  • Proven track record in building effective working relationships with stakeholders
