We are seeking an experienced Pega consultant with a strong background in telecommunications to join our team.

This client-facing role involves delivering end-to-end Pega solutions, managing the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering and process mapping to technical development and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Pega solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement Pega application components, including user interfaces, business rules, and integrations.
Requirements
  • Pega expertise with proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
  • Deep understanding of core telco processes (e.g., BSS/OSS, order-to-activate, lead-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to switch between functional analysis and technical development.
