Pega Expert

Expert consultants are required to deliver high-quality solutions for clients in the telecommunications sector. This client-facing role involves working with Pega applications and telco business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, including workshops with client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate these into technical specifications and process flows.
  • Build Pega application components, such as user interfaces, business rules, and integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices to ensure successful delivery that meets client objectives.
Requirements:
  • Pega Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions, preferably with a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
  • Deep Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of core telco business processes (e.g., BSS/OSS, order-to-activate, lead-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve).
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis (gathering requirements, process mapping) and technical development (configuration, hands-on implementation).
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.
