Job Description:

We are seeking a Pega Functional and Technical Consultant to join our team in Sydney. This client-facing role is for a Pega expert with a background in the telecommunications sector.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions. You will lead workshops with client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate these needs into technical specifications and process flows.

You will then build Pega application components, including user interfaces, business rules, and integrations. A key part of your role is to provide expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices, ensuring that your collaboration with project managers and analysts results in a successful delivery that meets client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
