We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Industrial Relations team. As a key partner in delivering a next-generation payroll system, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll compliance and driving effective remediation processes.
In this position, you will leverage your expertise in Industrial Relations and analytical mindset to interpret complex Enterprise Agreements. You will work collaboratively across departments, partnering with Legal teams to clarify and action compliance requirements, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met, and engaging with IT professionals to translate IR needs into technical solutions.
