International Workforce Transition Manager

This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of international workforce transitions, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional employee experiences worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage global expatriate management cycles with strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with international assignees for regular connections and feedback.
  • Maintain effective relationships with global stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes, and relocation management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on global mobility standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external hires, project workers, and frequent business travelers.
  • Offer insights on global mobility trends and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for APAC immigration related matters for international moves to and within the APAC region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience providing expert competence in all aspects of global mobility.
  • Extensive background in immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations, assignment lifecycle, relocation management, and third-party provider coordination.
  • Experience handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC).
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and autonomous worker.
