Job Description:

The purpose of a Contract Strategist is to create and implement business plans that meet stakeholder requirements within a regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Business guidance and the development of business solutions
  • Preparation, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
  • Contribution to bid and proposal activities
  • Provision of interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy and regulations
  • Serving as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Business, Commerce or Law with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in business management, contract management, negotiations, supplier management and customer engagement
  • Ability to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework
  • Current holder of, or about to obtain, a security clearance
