Senior Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercial solutions to meet stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
- Negotiate and draft complex agreements, ensuring all requirements and risks are addressed.
- Support bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements and participation in management reviews.
- Provide interpretation and advice on contract requirements, company policy, and procurement regulations to stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during contract performance and program life-cycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, or Law with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial management, including contract management, negotiations, and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
- A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
- An ability to influence parties to achieve objectives within a compliance framework.
- Current holder of, or about to obtain, a Defence security clearance.
