We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional to join our team as a Lead Business Analyst.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with extensive experience in Pega implementation and management. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective solution design, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business solutions using Pega technology.

  • Mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment with business objectives.

  • Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Pega implementation and management.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of Pega software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
