About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling production systems in cloud environments, with expertise in infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping our DevOps practices and ensuring the reliability, stability, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
  • Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments
  • Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability
  • Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization
  • Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture
  • Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards
Requirements
  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the SDLC
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with application and dependency security tooling like GitHub Advanced Security, Snyk, Trivy, or similar
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
