Sales and Client Service Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Client Service professional to join our boutique team in Melbourne, VIC.

This fixed-term role will run through to March 2027 and offers the ideal candidate the chance to develop their skills and expertise in luxury retail sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Cultivate loyalty and drive sales results through personalized interactions and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Support the setup and closing of the boutique as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in retail, hospitality, or service-led roles.
  • Strong understanding of luxury standards and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
