We are seeking a skilled leader to manage the coordination of construction, site management, and commissioning resources across multiple projects.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of works programs through strong resource planning, outage coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

As the successful candidate, you will be at the centre of coordinating people, programs, and projects, working closely with project teams, commissioning staff, and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team with a focus on meeting all stakeholder requirements.">
  • Oversee the overall program of construction and commissioning resources, ensuring optimal allocation across projects.">
  • Develop and manage outage plans, aligning maintenance and project schedules to minimize risks and delays.">
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.">
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, commercial responsiveness, and customer service excellence.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience managing construction/commissioning resources and outage coordination.

They must also possess strong understanding of HV/LV environments and compliance requirements, as well as proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.

">

A strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillset, along with advanced planning, scheduling, and negotiation skills, is essential for this role.
