Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join our team at ABN Group. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network, updating and maintaining sales data, and continuously learning new products and land availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate referral sales from existing customers and your own network to drive business growth and revenue.
- Update and maintain sales data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for sales and marketing teams.
- Continuously learn new products and land availability to stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
- Produce home and land packages that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
- Effectively manage customer relations through to the completion of each home sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven track record in home sales with a strong understanding of the residential market.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
- Drive to relentlessly exceed targets and a hunger for success in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude to professional development and learning, with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent work ethic and resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
