
Sales Contract Administrator

Job Overview:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire sales contract lifecycle, from creation to execution and renewal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and operations to ensure contracts align with business objectives and adhere to internal policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to facilitate deal closure and revenue recognition.
- Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, encompassing pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.
- Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
- Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.
- Support the continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are advantageous.
- Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Experience in contract management, preferably within the construction or building industry.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and judgment.
