The Partner Enablement Specialist plays a vital role in empowering managed partners to achieve success with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs, webinars, and product roadmap presentations to enhance partner confidence in Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
- Forge strong relationships with distributor teams, supporting joint events, certification activities, and providing expert guidance on solution development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor materials for the APAC market, prioritize feature requests from partners, and drive solution implementation.
- Guide distributors through trial setups, proof-of-concept builds, and demo environments, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise support teams. Travel flexibility is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting tech partners like resellers and distributors to deliver secure networking and wireless solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations, or team discussions.
- Proactive and reliable, consistently delivering results, taking ownership, and building trust through integrity and accountability.
- Strategic thinking and collaboration skills, aligning technical solutions with commercial goals.
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, mobile networks, VPNs, and cybersecurity tools, plus familiarity with advanced networking setups and industry certifications like Cisco and Ericsson.
