Account Manager - Melbourne Region

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field-Based Account Manager, managing the account base throughout Melbourne West & Regional Victoria region.

As a successful and experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with existing accounts to achieve set targets. You will also be assisting accounts with sell-through initiatives, education & training, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and developing relationships with an existing account base
  • Assisting accounts with sell-through initiatives and education & training
  • Creating and managing a territory journey plan
  • Completing territory forecasting on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Prospecting salons within the territory to secure new business

Requirements:

  • Results-driven with a history of hitting and exceeding sales-based targets
  • Positive and resilient personality with a self-motivated approach to work
  • Analytical, numerical, and well-organized with sound skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Passion for the hair & beauty industry and fostering relationships
