Are you passionate about sales, education, and the beauty industry? Showpony Hair Extensions is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with travel required to salons and education sessions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Education & Account Management
Develop and execute education plans for key accounts.
Conduct training sessions to enhance salon expertise and product engagement.
Drive sales of Starter Packages for new and existing clients.
Sales & Business Development
Perform outbound sales calls and prospect new business within a 2-hour travel radius.
Strengthen client relationships and grow revenue within your territory.
Team Training & Administration
Train and support freelance educators biannually.
Submit weekly progress reports on sales and education activities.
What You Bring:
Sales and education experience in the hair industry (preferred).
A strong network in salons and passion for premium haircare.
Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
