Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Provide mobility support, helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitor health and report any changes in the resident's condition, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
  • Support residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.
Requirements:
  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork, with effective communication abilities.
