Resident Wellbeing Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Resident Wellbeing Manager to support our villages in delivering exceptional resident experiences.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that will enable you to shape how residents feel, live, and connect every day. You will be working closely with village teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

  • You will lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting team members to deliver high-quality services.
  • As a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns, you will provide empathetic and professional guidance, ensuring that residents receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement wellbeing programs that cater to diverse resident needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with external providers and community groups to enhance resident services.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational strategies that promote resident wellbeing.
Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • A deep understanding of the ageing and disability sector, with knowledge of best practice in wellbeing service delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
