As an Acute Services Coordinator, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated services to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to meet the needs of clients.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of quality projects supporting clinical services.
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
Essential Requirements- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification in one of the following Allied Health disciplines:
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Dietitian, or Social Worker.

As a dedicated and enthusiastic Acute Services Coordinator, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively problem-solve, resolve conflicts, and negotiate. You should also be able to engage in difficult conversations while building and maintaining relationships.
