Job Description

The organization is seeking a logistics professional to oversee international export operations.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing processes to manage international logistics, collaborating with internal departments to improve service delivery, and building relationships with transport companies and customers.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates must possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business, international business, logistics or similar. They should also have experience in international logistics, shipping or freight forwarding.

A proven track record of building and maintaining ethical relationships, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail are essential for this role.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, International Business, Logistics, or similar.
  • Experience in international logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain ethical relationships.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
