About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students, using effective learning techniques and maintaining a student-centered approach.
  • Identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
About You:
  • You have a strong background in adult education and training, with a focus on language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • You are a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills and achieve their goals.
  • You have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications:
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education, plus a Bachelor's degree with TESOL or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is highly desirable.
