The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and compassionate professional with expertise in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership in delivering high-quality, inclusive programs that meet or exceed the National Quality Standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure positive outcomes for all.
- Contribute to the professional identity of the centre by raising the quality of the education program and practice.
The successful candidate will possess excellent programming, customer service, and communication skills, as well as a sound understanding of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor in Early Years Education or Working Towards Bachelor In Early Years Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Effective team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
