
Rail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Planner to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, ensuring the smooth operation of our rail network.
The successful candidate will have expertise in planning tools and software, ideally SAP, and significant experience in a similar role as a Fleet/Depot or Maintenance Planner.
They will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure seamless material availability and coordinate maintenance projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, including identifying maintenance requirements and scheduling inspections.
- Strategically allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- E nsure strict adherence to our maintenance strategy and industry regulations, maintaining high levels of safety and reliability.
- Work closely with our supply chain team to ensure seamless material availability.
- Leverage your proficiency in SAP and MRP systems to enhance data management, generate accurate reports, and facilitate seamless communication across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with planning tools and software, ideally SAP.
- Significant experience in a similar role as a Fleet/Depot or Maintenance Planner.
- Exposure to rail or heavy industry preferred.
