About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to lead the evolution of our dynamic ServiceNow platform. This is an opportunity to work closely with IT service management and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will administer, configure, and continuously improve the ServiceNow environment, working on core modules such as incident, problem, change, CMDB, service catalog, PPM, and more. They will develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
  • Delivering end-to-end technical solutions, from design to release.
  • Configuring and supporting core modules.
  • Developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Collaborating using Agile/SCRUM methodologies to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Applying ITIL best practices and contributing to ITSM process maturity.

We require a deep understanding of ServiceNow design, development, and deployment in complex environments. Expertise in application development, SDLC/SCRUM, Agile methodologies, and Cloud stack is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in information technology or related field is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is essential. Experience in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM (essential) and SM, Disco, SAM, HAM, SIR, VRM (highly desirable) is preferred.
