Overview
Talent Flow is partnering with one of Australia's largest ServiceNow partners focused on Financial Services projects. The role involves working with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, with a focus on Vendor Risk Management (VRM), now known as Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on the IRM/GRC suite.
Lead the design and implementation of Vendor Risk Management (VRM) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Deep expertise in the ServiceNow IRM or GRC modules is a must.
Hands-on experience with Vendor Risk Management (VRM) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a must.
Experience with the ServiceNow Service Portal and UI design.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in the financial services sector is a significant advantage.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (GRC/IRM/VRM/TPRM) certifications are preferred.
