Aboriginal Case Worker

Anyingini Health Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Worker to join our team in Tennant Creek, NT.
About the Role:
The Children and Families Intensive Support (CaFIS) Case Worker will work with families referred from Territory Families Housing & Communities (TFHC), Anyinginyi Health Services Section, other external agencies, and self-referral where a child or children has/have been identified as having experienced abuse and/or neglect or have been identified as being at high risk of neglect and/or abuse.
The successful candidate will work in a culturally appropriate way with clients to develop support plans that meet the families' identified needs. The role is part of a small team that ensures the program remains responsive and that there is ongoing continuity of service and coverage for families referred to the CaFIS program.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who has relevant qualifications, such as a Cert IV/Diploma in Child, Family and Youth Interventions, Community Services, or similar. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in Aboriginal community health or welfare services and be able to support the delivery of culturally responsive programs and services.
Responsibilities will include planning, implementing, tracking, reporting on, and evaluating projects that have specified deliverables. A current NT Drivers License and OCHRE Card (Working with Children) are also essential requirements.
