Drive Learning Innovation

We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead impactful learning and development initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll design and deliver programs that build leadership capability, enable career pathways, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to co-create solutions that meet real business needs and are scalable for the future. Our ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering learning or leadership programs in a complex environment, as well as a strong understanding of leadership, learning, and capability development trends and best practices.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership development programs across all levels.
  • Support the development of capability and career frameworks that empower growth and progression.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure programs meet real business needs and are adopted widely.
  • Help manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable seamless learning experiences.
  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and contribute to effective vendor management.

About You

Our ideal candidate is a strategic and practical thinker with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as familiarity with LMS platforms. You should be collaborative, people-first, and enjoy co-creating solutions that enable others to thrive.
